All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax) as of
July 1 2016
A 15% cancellation fee strictly applies to all appointments if you do not show up or if you reschedule within TWO hours of your appointment time. Please note we will only waive this should we deem the situation was an extenuating emergency (this 15 % fee is very reasonable as most charge 50% up). To avoid this charge, please ensure you notify us at least the day before or a half day ahead of your scheduled appointment should you need to make changes.

Delivery & Exchanges
We deliver Australia wide using Australia Post.
We are based in Sydney and express post normally delivers the next day for most locations across Australia. Please allow approx. 2 / 3 business days to receive your order Â if you are not a part of Australia Post’s next day
delivery network. WA & remote QLD orders may to take longer. We also offer normal post and registered post
Should you change your mind we do not give refunds however we have a no questions asked exchange policy that allows you the liberty to exchange your service or transfer it on to a friend or relative or loved one.
