This is a slow, deep stretch class combing flexibility with mindfulness and breath work. It’s great for beginners, and advanced stretchers may also partake with great satisfaction. The emphasis is on finding stillness, physical and mental, while restoring the body. Whilst it may look easy the challenge with this class is mental.

Our Signature Stretch Pilates class combines elements of Yoga and Pilates combined with deep stretching. The assisted stretching that you also receive will enable an increased range of motion and will also lead to increased mobility and flexibility, which we often see after a couple of weeks of classes.

Power Pilates Class
This upbeat, energizing and flowing class is the ultimate fusion of Yoga and Pilates and Stretch. It challenges coordination, rhythm, and cardiovascular fitness. Exercises can be modified for beginners, those with injuries, pre-natal clients, as well as for those advanced clients wanting an intense workout. This full body workout lengthens, stretches, and strengthens the body from top to bottom and from the inside out.
