Rebecca’s General Yoga classes: entail a fun and practical variety of classic hatha yoga postures, essentially inspired by the Ashtanga Yoga tradition, but also uniquely integrating a combination of the world’s leading yoga styles: such as Iyengar Yoga, Bickram Yoga, and Wai Lana Yoga from Hawaii. Rebecca’s cutting edge and caring teaching style ensures that no matter what your level of experience, whether just beginning your yoga journey, or a seasoned yogi or yogini , Rebecca facilitates your class to enable you to receive the very level of challenge you are looking for. So that your yoga experience with Rebecca will deliver the most fulfilling and rewarding journey possible.
Weather permitting, Rebecca also runs her classes outdoors so you will soak up and be energised the glorious morning sunshine it gently warms up the back garden area, making the perfect backdrop for the morning salutes to the sun series, that she also often integrates into her general class sessions, depending on the students present.
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 7:15am (1 hour - General Class)
Saturday: 9:30am – (1 hour- General Class)
Sunday: 10: 30am – (1.5 hours – General Class including 15 minute Group Meditation)
